What's new
New in Quilt.
Quilt is young and growing fast. Here is what changed, newest first.

Sign in, sync, and Thimble on the house
Sign in with just your email and a six-digit code, and your books follow you between devices. If two devices change the same book, you keep both. Thimble now works without an API key of your own, on a daily allowance. Quilt lives at quiltwriter.com, and this website at writewithquilt.com.
-
Pick your first sentence
Step one now gives you three sentences, each from a different angle, as cards. Pick the one that's yours, keep the others for later, or ask for three more.
-
Quieter, and eight looks
A calmer Quilt: one voice (Thimble's), one main action per step, and colour kept for the fabric. Eight looks to wear, each light and dark: Quilt, Notebook, Typewriter, a new Print look, Rain, Neon Sign, Sticker and Lilac. Choices are now knot chips, and the page slides in when you change step. Pip catches up on earlier scenes while you read.

The Mac app, and looks with a light and a dark
